Communication
All updates come through email. I respond within 1–2 business days.
Timelines
Each package has its own flow (Branding = 2–4 weeks, Website Design = 4–6 weeks, Content = 5–7 business days). You’ll always receive a project calendar at kickoff.
Revisions
Most packages include 2–3 rounds of revisions. Need more? Extra edits can be added for $30 each.

Once your form is submitted, we’ll schedule a kickoff call to review your ideas, answer questions, and set expectations for the project. This is our chance to align on direction before I start designing, so we’re building from a foundation of clarity and confidence.
3. Review Your Project Timeline
After our call, you’ll receive a personalized timeline that maps out each stage of the process: discovery, design, revisions, and delivery. You’ll always know what’s happening, when to expect updates, and where your feedback fits in.
